Dr. Fitzgerald has extensive experience as a consultant and educator, leading programs in many companies for the National Business Disabilities Council, and teaching at both the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. At both schools he developed and taught courses in management and organizational communication and in the dynamics of multi-national teams for M.B.A candidates and undergraduates; he received multiple awards for teaching excellence in both the MBA and undergraduate schools. In addition, Dr. Fitzgerald has held an interim appointment at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, the Netherlands, teaching management, communication, and leadership. Dr. Fitzgerald has led seminars in principles of negotiation, strategic communication, crisis communication, and interpersonal communication for both Georgetown and Wharton’s Executive Education Institute.
