Tori Phillips is the Assistant Director for the MSF program. Her responsibilities include managing program events and residencies, MSFLive class production, supporting student success, and student communications. Her goals are to promote student success in higher education, with a particular interest in disability access and retention, and technology's impact on diverse student populations. Prior to this role, Ms. Phillips was the Office Manager for Executive Education at Georgetown's McDonough School of Business, in which she learned a great deal about student success at the graduate level.
Ms. Phillips earned her M.Ed. in Higher Education from Temple University and bachelor's degrees in Writing and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. Originally from western Pennsylvania, Ms. Phillips is delighted to call Washington, D.C. home. She was drawn to work at Georgetown University because of its Jesuit values, advocacy and goals for student diversity and inclusion, and progression to support societies in a time of change. As an Assistant Director, Ms. Phillips strives to learn more about the students and support them as they pursue their personal and professional ambitions.
